Review by hotel critic
During our recent Easter getaway, we had the pleasure of staying at the Nags Head Hotel, a delightful country inn that resonates beautifully with my love for history and nature. Nestled within the stunning Chilterns, the gorgeous brick and flint structures of the hotel reflect a rich heritage, which I appreciate as a wildlife conservationist with a passion for the great outdoors. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the friendly staff made us feel at home. The award-winning meals, particularly the breakfast featuring the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted, showcased the talent of the chef and complemented our cosy stay perfectly. As we explored the quaint market town, the history of the surrounding area, dotted with charming cottages and traditional pubs, made our experience even more enjoyable. I am already looking forward to our next visit!
